The young ones will love bouncing on our nets and swim in our unique suspended ball pit, while the young at heart will experience an adrenaline rush when looking down from the highest floor. AIRZONE is a versatile party venue for creative play that is meant for all ages.

Our birthday package consist of 1 hour playtime on the nets.

Any additional pax going up the nets are chargeable based on the chosen party package.

Drinks will be given out before the session and the birthday girl or boy will receive 1 AIRZONE giftcard and exclusive gift.

Continue the fun over at our FNB partners in and outside of City Square Mall! We have partnered with Beyond Pancakes & Lyf hotel.

Cancellation fee will be charged. Reservations will be made by us, payment shall be made at their outlet.

2. Children below 90cm in height must be supervised by an accompanying paying adult, who will require a separate ticket.3. 5. All participants must be able to climb and walk on the nets unassisted. For safety reasons, participants must go up the bridge climb one at a time.

WHAT ARE THE TIMINGS AVAILABLE?

We have available timings from:

a) 10am-11am

b) 11:10am-12:10pm

c) 2:40pm-3:40pm

d) 5pm-6pm

IS THE PLAY AREA OPEN TO PUBLIC WHEN I PURCHASE THE PARTY PACKAGE?

Yes the AIRZONE session will be a free-play on the nets with the public as well!

WHAT IF MY GUESTS IS LATE?

As our session are fixed timing, there won't be any time extension for the late comers! So do remind your guests to be on time!

AM I ABLE TO EXCHANGE MY TICKET?

Unfortunately our tickets are non-transferable!

CAN I ADD-ON ADDITIONAL PAX LAST MIN ON THE DAY ITSELF?

Yes, you may! However we’d recommend booking in advance, as our slots are limited, to avoid any disappointment!

WILL THE ADD-ON ACTIVITES BE HELD AFTER THE FREE PLAY SESSION?

The add-on activities will be enjoyed during your 1-hour playtime!

WHERE WILL THE LASER TAG BE HELD?

Laser Tag will be held on the net itself! It will be located at the Activity level! (Second Level)

WHAT IS SILENT DISCO?

Silent Disco is one of our fun add-on activities where guests can enjoy music through our exclusive headphones during their session!

WILL THERE BE A FACILATATOR DURING THE PARTY?

We do not have a facilitator except for the Laser Tag at the moment however, we do have staff on the nets that are able to assist & guide your group around the nets!

IS THERE AN AREA FOR US TO DO CAKE CUTTING?

Sadly we do not have an area to do cake cutting but we are able to assist in securing a booking at Beyond Pancake if you purchase the $188 add-on package!

WHAT ARE THE FLAVOURS AVAILABLE FOR DIPNDIP CAKE?

Currently we have 3 flavours to choose from:

  • Belgian Chocolate Cake
  • Berry Delight
  • Double Oreo Cheesecake

Do note that all cakes contains traces of nuts.
