SESSION TIME

There are up to 10 sessions each day, with first session at 10:10am and last session at 7:30pm (Off Peak) / 8:40pm (Peak). The duration of each session is 60 minutes, inclusive of time required for safety briefing and to get on the nets. The duration of play time is approximately 45 minutes.

NO AGE RESTRICTIONS

We welcome guests of all ages! Every participant must be able to walk and climb on the nets unassisted and independently. Please note that for safety reasons, participants must go on the bridge climb one at a time.

RECOMMENDED ATTIRE

The AIRZONE experience is a physical and active one, so come in comfortable t-shirt and shorts or long pants! All Airstronauts are required to be in close-toe shoes. AIRZONE provides free rental of shoes (subject to availability). Comfortable socks are also available for sale.

YOUR BELONGINGS

Make use of our free locker facilities to store your belongings. Loose items such as wristwatches, mobile phones and wallets are not allowed to be brought into AIRZONE. Phone pouches can be purchased over the counter at $5 each!

SUPERVISING ADULTS

Children who are below 5 years of age will need to be supervised by an adult, who will also require a separate ticket. Children who are between 5 to 6 years of age must be supervised by an adult in the immediate vicinity. We're confident that adults will have as much fun as a child - if not more!
