• Flexi Promise is required for corporate card online redemption. This allows guest to reschedule their booking due to unforeseen circumstances. All rescheduling request needs to be made in writing or via phone call at least 1 hour before the commencement of your booking.You may redeem your tickets at our counter to avoid paying additional charges. It is highly recommended that you arrive at least 30 mins before the session timing to redeem your tickets (subject to availability)
• Do arrive at least 20 minutes before the start of your session for ticket redemption and safety briefing.

Entry requirements

• Must be able to climb up the nets and walk on the nets without assistance (generally for ages 3 years and above).

• Must be below 120 kg.

• No recent injuries or surgery.

• Not pregnant

What to wear

• Covered, close-toe shoes are required.
• Dress comfortably. Skirts and dresses are discouraged.

Other requirements

• Children below 90cm in height must be supervised by an accompanying adult. Each person entering AIRZONE, regardless of age, requires a ticket.
• Children between 90cm and 135cm must be supervised by an adult outside AIRZONE, in the immediate vicinity.
• All loose articles such as watch, wallet, keys, crocs jibbitz and other items in pockets must be removed before entry. AIRZONE may reject entry for participants found with mentioned articles. They can be stored in our free lockers. Phones may be brought in if they are stored in a neck phone pouch which is available for sale on site.
