Yes we are completely safe! The nets are especially designed for kids - to encourage exploratory and creative free play in a unique elevated playground - suspended by safety nets. We comply to industry standards and amusement ride safety regulations for the design, operation and maintenance of all our activities. We also thoroughly check and inspect the nets daily before operations.

Children below 5 years old must be accompanied by a supervising adult, who will require a separate ticket, into AIRZONE. Children between 5 to 6 years old must be supervised by an adult in the immediate vicinity (outside AIRZONE).

The nets are structurally ‘over-engineered’ to hold a lot more weight than required.  Each layer of nets can hold a whopping 7,350kg/m2! This means it can comfortably hold two fully laden Singapore passenger buses lying on their side (weighing 19 tonnes but spread over 36m2 each when lying on its side). Just to be extra safe – an extra layer of net has been added at the bottom of AIRZONE….to catch any buses that might fall through!

How many people should be allowed on the nets? We only allow a maximum of 59 pax at any one time on AIRZONE, with an allowable distribution of 20 pax on each level. Since the nets have been over-engineered for safety it is almost impossible to overload them. The nets have a working safety guide of allowing 7 people per square metre of suspended net (which is practically impossible to exceed). The only way to physically achieve this is by stacking people on top of each other vertically...like a ‘tau pok’!

As the AIRZONE suspended nets are taut, we welcome our AIRSTRONAUTS to wear their own footwear. We recommend secure closed toe shoes. We provide shoes on site, subject to availability. Socks are also available for sale. Sorry no slippers, strapless heels or high heels. You can save them for a night out on the town!

Each purchased ticket may be used by a different patron. However, please note that tickets are non-transferable on the day of visit and are only valid for one day’s entry and/or the date specified on the ticket. Re-entry to AIRZONE is not permitted.

Yes - AIRZONE tickets can be purchased on LVL 2 at City Square Mall. But do purchase tickets early as once capacity is reached, there may be restrictions on entry and a hold on tickets sold.

Yes, they may be valid if they are purchased from our authorised resellers and their websites. However do check that they are being sold by authorised resellers. Currently our authorised resellers are....Any ticket found to be obtained from an unauthorised source, including unauthorised online resellers will be immediately void.

Due to the nature of the nets, access for guests with limited mobility is limited due to evacuation and safety restrictions. However, AIRZONE can explore providing targeted special needs access or participation options for our group activities (eg.- Silent Disco, Laser Tag) without accessing the nets for an inclusive experience.   For accessibility information for those with disabilities, please refer to our Cerge information link.

Clothes!

Yes, any type of clothes are suitable but do wear something comfortable for active exercise, walking and possibly walking on a soft bouncy surface. Skirts are not advisable. However shorts are available for those wearing skirts and dresses who still wish to play (subject to availability). High heels or stilettos are strictly prohibited.

All guests are required to be in secure close-toe shoes on the nets. We provide sale of socks and shoe loans (subject to availability).

Yes. Re-entry is allowed as long as wristband is not removed or torn.

There are lockers and storage facilities at AIRZONE. No loose items are allowed on AIRZONE so please place any valuable items, including coins, loose jewellery, unattached mobile phones in the lockers provided. AIRZONE accepts no responsibility for the theft, loss or damage of personal belongings on or off the site.

For safety reasons mobile phones are only allowed in the nets if they are secured with a ‘hands-free’ mobile phone holder/pouch. Refer to our staff if you are not sure if your type of holder is acceptable. If you really want to grab that ‘selfie’ on the AIRZONE nets, approved phone holders are available for purchase at only $7.50 (SGD) each. Selfie sticks are strictly prohibited on AIRZONE.

To avoid disappointment, it is advisable that you book your tickets in advance. You may purchase tickets from the ticket counter at the gate but if you plan to come on the weekends, there may be capacity limits and priority will be given to guests who have booked in advance online.
