There are up to 10 sessions each day, with first session at 10:00am and last session at 7:20pm (Off Peak) / 8:30pm (Peak). The duration of each session is 60 minutes, inclusive of time required for safety briefing and to get on the nets. The duration of play time is approximately 45 minutes.
There's a height requirement of 0.9m to play. Every participant must be able to walk and climb on the nets unassisted and independently. Please note that for safety reasons, participants must go on the bridge climb one at a time.
Children who are below 90cm in height will need to be supervised by an adult, who will also require a separate ticket. Children who are between 90cm and 135cm must be supervised by an adult in the immediate vicinity. We're confident that adults will have as much fun as a child - if not more!
The AIRZONE experience is a physical and active one, so come in comfortable t-shirt and shorts or long pants! All Airstronauts are required to be in close-toe shoes. AIRZONE provides free rental of shoes and shorts (subject to availability). Comfortable socks are also available for sale.
Make use of our free locker facilities to store your belongings. Loose items such as wristwatches, mobile phones and wallets are not allowed to be brought into AIRZONE. Phone pouches can be purchased over the counter at $7.90 each!
Safety is at the heart of all we do. We provide a safety briefing for each participant, so we can all enjoy unlimited fun in a safe environment!
