BEFORE BOOKING, PLEASE NOTE:

• A confirmed booking cannot be cancelled. Rescheduling is allowed if Flexi Promise is purchased when a booking is made if  a change request is received by us at least 1 hour before the start of your session.
• Do arrive at least 20 minutes before the start of your session for ticket redemption and safety briefing.

Entry requirements

• Must be able to climb up nets and walk on nets without assistance (generally doable for 3 years and above).

• Must be below 120 kg.

• No recent injuries or surgery.

• Not pregnant

What to wear

• Covered, close-toe shoes are required.
• Dress comfortably. Skirts and dresses are discouraged.

Other requirements

• Children below 5 years must be supervised by an accompanying adult. Each person entering AIRZONE, regardless of age, requires a ticket.
• Children aged 5 to 6 years must be supervised by an adult outside AIRZONE, in the immediate vicinity.
• All loose articles such as watch, wallet, keys and other items in pockets must be removed before entry. They can be stored in our free lockers. Phones may be brought in if they are stored in a neck phone pouch which is available for sale on site.
