THINGS TO NOTE

1. All tickets and Session Passes sold are non-refundable, non-exchangeable and non-transferrable. Session times may not be changed. A confirmed booking cannot be cancelled.
2. Please present your email confirmation at the ticketing counter at least 10 minutes before the start of your session.
3. For safety reasons, all guests must climb and walk by themselves, without assistance on the nets. All guests must be in close-toe shoes.
4. Guests aged below 5 years must be supervised by an accompanying adult, who will require a separate ticket. Guests aged 5 to 6 years must be supervised by an adult outside AIRZONE, in the immediate vicinity.
