All participants in AIRZONE will be required to show proof of being fully vaccinated against COVID-19, or having recovered from COVID-19, or having a valid negative pre-event testing result. Children below 12 are exempted. Other Safe Management Measures also apply. Click here to find out more.

1. All tickets and Session Passes sold are strictly non-refundable.
2. A confirmed booking cannot be cancelled. Rescheduling is allowed if Flexi Promise is purchased when a booking is made.
3. Do arrive at least 20 minutes before the start of your session for ticket redemption and safety briefing.
4. For safety reasons, all guests must climb and walk by themselves, without assistance on the nets. All guests must be in close-toe shoes.
5. Guests below 90cm in height must be supervised by an accompanying paying adult, who will require a separate ticket. Guests between 90cm and 135cm must be supervised by an adult outside AIRZONE, in the immediate vicinity.
6. Due to safety concerns of falling objects, AIRZONE may reject entry for participants with jibbitz on their Crocs.
